I have supported individuals across all levels, from early career professionals preparing for their next step, to new managers finding their leadership voice, all the way to senior leaders navigating complex interpersonal and organisational dynamics.

• Worked with leaders managing both small and large teams, navigating team dynamics and communication challenges

• Helped new managers build confidence, develop an authentic leadership style and learn how to support and empower their teams

• Delivered triadic coaching, partnering with the coachee and their manager to create alignment and deepen the impact of the coaching

• Provided anonymised themes that help organisations understand what their people need to feel supported and able to thrive, without compromising confidentiality

• Designed and delivered workshops, masterclasses and lunch and learn sessions on topics including confidence, boundaries, communication, leadership presence, mindset and behavioural patterns, as well as sessions supporting working parents and individuals returning after parental leave

When appropriate, I blend coaching with training, communication tools and leadership frameworks to support both individual development and organisational goals.

I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and have completed over 1,000 hours of coaching. I have also completed the Motherhood Studies Practitioner course with Dr Sophie Brock, which deepens my work with working parents and individuals returning from parental leave.
