Still wondering whether we should connect?
Perhaps these FAQs below could help - have a read and see how you feel :)
It’s a 30-minute conversation focused on helping you get clearer on what’s really going on and what you actually need next.
You won’t just hear about coaching, you’ll experience it. Most people leave with a shift in how they’re thinking, a clearer direction, or a decision they’ve been avoiding.
There’s no pressure to continue. If we’re a good fit, we’ll talk about next steps. If not, you’ll still leave with something that moves you forward.
Everything you share remains confidential.
I typically work in longer coaching partnerships because they create the deepest, most sustainable change, not quick fixes.
A common starting point is a 16-week engagement, though the length and level of support is always tailored depending on what’s going on for you.
Investment typically starts from around £2,000. Instalment options are always available.
We can talk through what would suit you best during the discovery call.
Occasionally, yes. Coaching works best as a process, which is why I usually recommend a programme. However, if there’s a specific challenge you’d like to focus on, feel free to email me the context and I’ll let you know whether a one-off 90 minute or 3 hour session would make sense.
All sessions take place online via Zoom. Most clients meet with me two or three times a month, but I will always tailor the rhythm of our work to your needs and lifestyle.
If finances are a concern, feel free to email me with more context.
I can’t promise anything, but if we both feel a strong connection and my schedule allows, there may be ways for us to make it work.
Therapy looks to the past to support healing. Coaching is future focused.
We may explore moments from your past, but only to understand how they influence your beliefs and patterns today. Many limiting beliefs are formed when we are young, so revisiting them can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I trained in Transformational Coaching with Animas, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I hold ACC and PCC credentials with the ICF and have completed additional training in:

I take my development seriously so that my clients benefit from depth, skill and evidence-based practice.
I care, deeply. If we choose to work together, I’m committed to doing it well. You can expect honesty, challenge, support and someone who wants your success as much as you do. Our sessions matter, but what happens between them matters just as much. You’ll have guidance and support throughout the entire process.
Yes. This is actually how most of my coaching partnerships work.
You do not need to fit neatly into one category.
Life impacts work. Work impacts confidence. Confidence impacts relationships, decisions and how you show up. It is all connected :)
My coaching naturally blends life, career and business because real change rarely happens in one area alone. Most clients come to me wanting clarity or growth across several parts of their life, and we work in a way that supports the whole picture.
What matters most is you, your goals, your patterns and the future you want to create. We can shape a coaching partnership that reflects all of that.
No. While my content may resonate strongly with women, I’ve coached many men in career and leadership partnerships and we’ve worked incredibly well together. You can find some of their recommendations on my LinkedIn.
Ha, yes! That’s me. I got married and now sit between two names. One foot in my original brand, one foot in my married name. I could probably use some coaching on how best to navigate it myself...In the meantime, whichever name you find me under, it’s me.
Simply book a slot in my calendar for a discovery call. I look forward to meeting you.
