Life coaching isn’t regulated – so yes, in theory, anyone can say they’re a life coach and no one can tell them otherwise. It was important to me that I learned from the best. I trained in Transformational Coaching with Animas– the world's leading school of Transformational Coaching, accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF), the largest and most recognised coaching body in the world. I then received ACC credentials with ICF. I realised the power of our unconscious mind, so I became a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and I now use NLP in my practice. I am a Trauma-informed coach, I studied Positive Psychology and received a certificate in Group Coaching.
The more I learn, the more I realise there is still more to study. But I love it. Every technique, every course, every programme I completed with my own coach or mentor – made me grow and made me the coach I am today.
First, it’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and find out if I can help. Second, we’ll do some actual coaching, so you get a feel for what it would be like to work with me. And of course, everything you share on the call will remain confidential. There is literally nothing to lose!
Not at all. A LOT of my clients just knew something in their life wasn’t quite right. That was enough for us to start the process. Sometimes the goal is clarity as to what’s not working. Being willing to work on finding out what’s missing is enough.
The main distinction is that therapy focuses on the past while coaching is future-focused. In coaching, we may still look at your past, but only to learn how it informs your thinking today. Many of our limiting beliefs are created when we are very young, so I like to visit the past to uncover and shift these beliefs to allow you to move forward with your life today.
If I mentor you, I give you clear steps on what to do, because I am an expert at it. In coaching YOU are the expert at your own life. As your coach, I ask you questions that help you access the answers you already have inside you. You may not believe it at first, but trust me, you know much more than you think you do!
Every package I create is tailored to the individual – hence no prices on the website. I work with people over 3, 6 or 12 months and instalments are available.
I care, a lot. If we are doing it, I really want us to do it right – so I give it all I have got, because I want you to succeed as much as you want to succeed yourself. It is not just about the sessions we have together, it is also about everything that happens in between. So yes, I may be the one sending you an accountability text on a Tuesday morning if that’s what we agree works best for you.
No, I don’t – I have coached men before – both in a one-on-one coaching setting and in the organisations. My content just seems to resonate a lot with women, but I am happy to support anyone.
Absolutely not! I worked with women based in different parts of the world - United States, Netherlands, Belgium, Bali, Luxembourg, Italy, Slovakia, Poland...and of course the UK. I love how small the world is when you work online. I now live in Tunbridge Wells in the UK and like the idea of meeting face to face when possible - that's why I mention the location.
I see my clients online via Zoom. Most often we meet every other week, but again – every client is different. I am here to create a programme that will benefit you and your lifestyle – if meeting weekly or monthly suited you more than fortnightly, we could explore that, too.
And if you are based in Tunbridge Wells or London – I can always meet you in person for our first session.
Great! Just find yourself a slot in my calendar for a discovery call.
